Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 June 2026

This policy explains how Goodlife Prague handles your personal data when you visit goodlifeprague.org or send a booking enquiry.

Goodlife Prague is the photography and video work of Francis, based in Prague, Czech Republic. For the data described below, Francis is the data controller. If you have any questions, email me at Franciscstsey@gmail.com.

What I collect

When you send a booking enquiry I collect what you put in the form: your name and email, and optionally your phone number, preferred date, location, type of shoot, and the details in your message.

Like most websites, my hosting provider also automatically logs basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

Why I use it, and the legal basis

I use your enquiry only to reply to you and discuss a possible booking. The legal basis is your consent (the box you tick on the form) and taking steps at your request before any contract — Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR.

Basic technical/log data is processed to keep the website secure and working, on the basis of my legitimate interest — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Who I share it with

I never sell your data or use it for advertising. A few trusted providers help me run the site and email, acting on my instructions:

  • Vercel — website hosting (processes basic technical/log data).
  • Resend — delivers your enquiry to my inbox, configured to process in the EU (Ireland).
  • Google (Gmail) — where I receive and read your enquiry.

Where your data is processed

Email delivery is configured to run in the EU (Ireland). Some providers (such as Vercel) are based in the United States and may process limited technical data there under appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long I keep it

I keep your enquiry and our correspondence for as long as I need to deal with your request and any resulting booking, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up — then I delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data I hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict or object to how I use it;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority — the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across the web. It may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies needed for the site to function, which do not require consent under Czech law.

Changes and contact

I may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
